A little confused about the Training field. Let me check my understanding: the Trainer sage field governs the teaching of other Fighter sage fields (e.g. Cavalry) to non-Fighters? With one player-usable purpose being that a Fighter with the Training field could improve his men-at-arms and followers through teaching them?
