Comment on “Charging and Horse Rules”

I think the charging rules seem fiddly on paper but can't put my finger on why. I trust you when you say they ought to work at the table.

Horses seem damn good! Finally we are not subject to the eternal regime of "every fantasy person ever can ride a horse, let's leave it at that so we can just pretend they are cars." Keep it up.
