Wonderful answer. Thank you Alexis. I was hoping the answer to purchasing in a non-market center would generally be "can't do that here" but I am glad you gave us the skinny on WHY that is (guild relations & community standing). Most useful.

As always, the effect of seeing how much damn info you have about the real world is that your side of the grass seems awfully green -- but I'm striving to build up my system in such a way that I could, one day, start plugging in real world data instead of the computer-generated stuff I'm working with (we'll see about that when I'm good and ready.) Plus you're 30 damn years older than me so I should just cool my jets! Planet Alexis wasn't built in a decade.
