Minor fixes related to sage knowledge.

  • The Law & Policy study's theological law concentration can now participate in external sync. See the documentation for how to mark it up. (#189)
  • The Law & Policy study now correctly displays an automatic "all other legal codes" concentration. (#191)
  • Added Ihmemaa, the realm of the gnomish pantheon, as a choice of concentration for the Outer Planes study.
